"Wants 500 per year for my insurance policy and charges me 110 per month for service fees without telling me they are robbing me. Found this out after a whole year had passed."

"Very late with annuity payments, supposedly due on the 20th of the month. I never receive them on that date. Payments are frequently 3 and 4 days after the contractual due date. In the 21st century, with direct deposit, with sophisticated computers this is a travesty. They play the "float" to their advantage and to the detriment of their customers."
