Harlequins has announced the squad to play Saracens in the opening Round of the Anglo-Welsh Cup on Sunday at Allianz Park, kick-off 15:00 (live on BT Sport).
Blending youth with experience, James Chisholm will captain the side from the back-row.
Chisholm is joined in the forward pack with Lewis Boyce and Dino Lamb, who will make their starting debuts for the Club.
In the backline Harry Sloan makes his first senior appearance since May 2015, having recovered from a knee injury which kept him out last season.
Ross Chisholm and James Lang also make their first appearances of the season, at full back and inside centre respectively.
Among the replacements, first year Academy members John Okafor and Gabriel Ibitoye will look to make their debuts for Harlequins.
Speaking ahead of the match, Harlequins Head Coach, Mark Mapletoft, said: Sunday provides a fantastic opportunity for a lot of our players who havent made many starts this year, in both Europe and the Aviva Premiership, and for those who played well in the A team game last Sunday.
Saracens are a formidable side, they are the benchmark in England and we will need to be at our best to get the right result on Sunday.
