Health insurance question about infertility coverage. What is covered under the lifetime maximum?

My wife is pregnant. We are $600 shy of reaching our lifetime max of infertility coverage. We are insured under UHC, if that makes a difference. Would the care she receives after pregnancy be considered infertility coverage or something else? Basically, what I'm trying to figure out is whether we'd have to pay out-of-pocket given that she is approximately 5 weeks pregnant.

Infertility is diagnosis and treatment related to the inability to get pregnant.
Since your wife is already pregnant, this would not be related to her at this point.
The care she receives after delivery that is still related to her pregnancy (check ups, etc) would still be maternity coverage.

depends on your policy. For example, some cover IVF, some don't

In what country you live as it varies greatly depending on where.
Contact local insurance companies for actual info locally

Some policies may offer some kind of coverage but most do not.

One would presume that unless she needs something related to fertility, that you'd now be under just the regular maternity coverage. But, that'd be a good question for your provider.
