Can I be added back on to parent's health insurance(21 y.o.)?

So my parents decided not to claim me as a dependent on their 2014 tax forms to see how much money they could save and unknowingly as a result, my health plan was cut off in October because of that. My health insurance was for Kaiser and I would have been able to use it until I was 26 years old. I used Kaiser ever since I was a kid so this sudden change is very inconvenient. I am 21, a full time community college student and working part time. My job doesn't offer health care and my community college's health care facility doesn't meet up to the minimum requirements the IRS deems appropriate as sufficient healthcare. The cheapest monthly healthcare for me would be around $110 a month... I was wondering if my parent's are able to add me back on to their health care plan if they claim me as a dependent again on their 2015 taxes?? Or is there any way to get back on it? This is in CA btw. Thank you very much.

Being a dependent on their taxes is unrelated to health insurance.

If the only reason you were removed was because they didn't claim you on their taxes, which is not very likely, then yes.
If you were removed for some other reason, which you probably were, then no.

If you were cut off from their benefits it's because they removed you from their plan - it doesn't matter whether they claimed you as a dependent on their tax return or not.
They can add you back onto their plan if they choose to, but it will cost them around the same price to put you, as an adult dependent, back onto their plan as it would for you to get your own health plan.

You don't have your facts straight on taxes. It's not related to you getting health insurance under your parents' policy. On the insurance question, only your parents can answer it - its their option to cover you or not.
