There are small business umbrella policies that are specific to non-profits. Churches and clubs are non-profits. Call an agent and ask about small business umbrella coverage for non-profits.

Talk to an insurance agent. Many variables including size of the buildings and location among other factors.

Google it. There are insurance companies that specialize in church insurance.

You need to talk to a local, independent agent, who can ask you the dozens and dozens of questions needed to figure out the answer to what you need. They can also get it for you.

Call some local insurance agents, you cannot buy this type of insurance online.
What kind of club? For the church, you need basic things like property and casualty insurance. If counseling, professional liability (aka malpractice). Perhaps you need some business auto coverage.

Church? Club?
If you have a physical building you will need property insurance and liability insurance. If you have employees you may need to offer medical, disability and unemployment insurance. If you church owns vehicles, you'll need auto insurance. If you are leasing, ask your landlord what coverage you might need on top of what the owner carries. If the club is part of the church, no additional insurance would be required.
Call an insurance broker and explain your situation. They should be able to help you.
