No. Car insurance is paid in advance. It has nothing to do with credit.

Car insurance is not credit. You pay in advance or it is cancelled.
A debit card is not credit. It is your money in your account and not a line of credit.
To build credit, you need to borrow money and then make payments to pay it back. Some of the most common forms of credit are credit cards, auto loans, personal loans, and mortgage loans.
If you get a credit card and then use that credit card to pay for things you need and then pay off the credit card each month, then that will build your credit.
