You would have to either be adopted by your uncle, or marry him. He can only add a spouse or child to his coverage. And if he did, he'd have to then PAY for you.

If your Uncle can legally claim as a dependent, if he can add you to his health insurance policy. I suspect you aren't your Uncle legal dependent but if you moved in with him or enrolled in school and he paid more than 50% of your expenses then you could become his dependent.
People do have legal dependents who aren't their biological children but it is uncommon.

No. You can only be added to your parents insurance,if you are under the
age of 26.

you can be included on your parent's health insurance until you are 26 even tho you might not be their dependent
unless your uncle is your legal guardian who could claim you on his tax return but being 19 you would have to fulfill the dependent requirements to do so

You cannot be added to your uncle's insurance. Only sons or daughters up to age 26 can be.

No, you cannot just add yourself to someone else's plan and they cannot add you either. If you are not here legally and working full time, with health insurance offered by your employer, then you will have to buy your own policy.

The ACA (Obama Care) allows that parents can add their children till age 26. So, YOUR parents pay for your health insurance, thus is free.
Your parents can't insure grandchildren, only their children. Obviously your uncle is not your parent, so can't add to his policy.
Since parents don't have insurance, then you should apply on the exchange to see (if) qualify for Medicaid (free) or if you qualify for a subsidy, which means you pay (X) amount and the government pays the balance.
But, unless you have a qualifying event, can't get health insurance till open enrollment.

No. A person can only be added to the insurance of the person's mother, father, husband, or wife. A person cannot be added to the insurance of the person's aunt, uncle, brother, sister, cousin, etc.
