If you the owner yes. If you made your child the owner of the policy then no. Owners can do just about anything they want,

As long as you are the owner, you can cancel them; but odds are, they have no cash value. You'll have to call the company and ask.

as the owner you can do as you like

If you own them, you can cancel them. If there is cash in there, you can get it out. Don't expect there to be too much cash to disperse though...

Only if you own them. Doesn't matter if you're paying for them. You must be the owner to cancel or "cash" them.

Depends what type of life insurance polices they are and how long you've had them. depending on the answer to that question it will vary from no to yes.
