It may or may not. If no insurance means you dont see a doctor, then yes it could.

Not directly. But people who tend to have health insurance, tend to make wiser lifestyle decisions, and wiser lifestyle decisions (such as not smoking, no recreational drugs, eating healthy, staying active) do have an effect on how long you live.

Not immediately. The death rates for a person with health insurance and a person the same age without health insurance are about the same. However, this might just mean that when a person is close to death, it's too late for having health insurance to make a difference.
I believe that health insurance does save some lives, but that it also costs lives. The problem probably is that a person with health insurance tends to receive more unnecessary health care, which can be harmful.
It is possible (but hard to prove) that there may be a positive long-term benefit. For example, a child with health insurance might be more likely to get vaccines that save the child's life 30 years later, so the child lives to 80 instead of 40, even if the child doesn't have insurance then.

Having peace of mind helps people live longer. So, having certain financial instruments in place help lessen anxiety and stress which could lead to longer life. So, even proper car insurance could affect how long you live. Eating right could affect how long you live. Proper habitat could have an affect on how long you live. So on and so forth...

If you can't get health care when you need it you have the potential of dying.
