I suggest you start by figuring out where you want to live, and then looking to see what is available in that place.
If you go at this the other way, by looking for insurance first, then you will probably have to move.
Most insurance companies offer insurance in only a few states or even just one state. If you find an insurance company that offers insurance for a state where you don't live, then to get insurance from them, you will have to move there.

You have to look for an Obamacare plan from your state's federal or state insurance exchange. Google your state and insurance exchange. Read the types of plans and understand what bronze, gold, silver plans mean. You should read the ACA site.

I suggest you find a local insurance broker, who can ask you what those needs are, and help you find a product that meets those needs.

It's a little late for that. Healthcare.gov is the cheapest you're going to find. Otherwise try united healthcare, aetna, or another provider.

Without any information where you live, any suggestions would be pointless as not all insurance policies are available in all states. Start off with your state.
Have you looked at the Federal or your state's healthcare websites?

No, I have no suggestions. If I knew what state you lived in, and how old you were, and what "affordable" meant to you, and how much coverage you need, and your budget, I might have some ideas.

Insurance is by state. Use Obamacare or a state exchange. How could you not know this. Have you been off the planet?
