"I still haven't received the life insurance claim that i submitted on Setpember 26. I can't ever get ahold of anyone at the company to speak to regarding the policy and 1/2 the time i can't understand the individual i am speaking with nor they I. I am waiting on this claim in order to pay off my mothers funeral. This is a company her work contracted with for the life insuracne. I am letting them know that they need to switch companies at the end of the benefit year. "
