I am trying to waive my school’s insurance because I want to use my own than paying for theirs.
One question asked what is your ‘Insurance group number’? I’m having difficulty finding the answer hopefully you can help me!

Just looked at my card, it’s not on there. Ask your insurance provider.

Not all insurance plans use “group numbers.” They typically apply to employer group insurance plans.
