Is there a different way to word my question so I could actually get relevant answers?

I guess I'll ask again since someone decided to move it and since I didn't feel I had to babysit it, I didn't get any answers.
My question "Is there a reduced rate car insurance for people who don't drive much?"
Most of the answers are: talk to your insurance agent, shop online, or you haven't provided any details about yourself so we can't answer you.
I just wanted to know if there was a special term or if the thing even existed so I could search for it but no one would even give me that.

There is. I don't know the exact parameters but 'for pleasure' and less than 20 miles, or something, per week.

Yes. There is. It's not a great reduction, but every little bit helps.

Yes. The term is called using your car for "pleasure", as opposed to using it for work - to and from work. I believe it is a reduced rate for driving under 1,000 miles a year.
