General liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. Assault & Battery liability insurance is not required but it's a very good idea to have it. Many general liability policies specifically exclude coverage for claims related to alcohol-fueled altercations at a business that serves alcohol.
A business umbrella policy is also a good idea. This insurance requires underlying policies to carry a minimum amount of coverage, and if they do, the umbrella policy will pay up to its limit on claims that exceed underlying insurance limits. Example: You carry all three of the mentioned policies, with liability limits of $1 million on each. The umbrella limit is $2 million. If you are found liable for a claim and it exceeds $1 million, the insurance policy the claim is filed with will pay the $1 million and the umbrella policy will pick up the rest up to $2 million.

Liability Insurance...in most instances. What sorts of suits do you fear? Are we talking bodily injury or personal injury? Any business pursuits here?
Sorry, missed the "bar" part. Here is a basic list
General Liability
Liquor Liability
Assault and Battery Liability
Then basic stuff like workers comp and auto liability.
Could get excess over the top of these policies to bring up the premium...
