England ran out 7-0 winners when they played North Macedonia at Old Trafford in June, and will travel to Skopje for the final game of their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign.

Gareth Southgate’s team have already booked their place at next summer’s tournament in Germany, and can now start fine-tuning their side before the finals.

England’s game in North Macedonia follows the turgid 2-0 victory over Malta at Wembley on Friday.

England have a near-perfect record in their group, only dropping points in a 1-1 draw against Ukraine, and are one of the favourites to win next summer’s Euros.

When is North Macedonia vs England?

The game is tonight.

What time is kick off?

The match will get under way at 7.45pm UK time, which is 8.45pm local time in Skopje.

Where is it?

England will play at the Todor Proeski National Arena, the 33,011-capacity arena in North Macedonia’s capital of Skopje. The playing surface was recently criticised as ‘dangerous’ by Italian players and Gareth Southgate has admitted that England are a little nervous about how it will perform.

How can I watch North Macedonia vs England on TV?

You can watch the match live on Channel 4, who have broadcast all of England’s Euro 2024 qualifiers. Coverage starts at 7pm.

Why is Jude Bellingham not playing?

Jude Bellingham and Levi Colwill were the fourth and fifth players to withdraw from the squad for the games against Malta and North Macedonia, owing to injury, both with shoulder problems. They have not been replaced in the group that travelled to North Macedonia after the victory over Malta.

Their withdrawals follow those of James Maddison, who faces a prolonged spell on the sidelines after suffering an ankle injury playing for Spurs against Chelsea; Callum Wilson and Lewis Dunk. An uncapped trio of Cole Palmer, Ezri Konsa and Rico Lewis were called up to fill those three gaps.

Raheem Sterling was left out again by Southgate. Sterling, once an automatic pick, has now missed five successive England squads and time is running out for him to force his way back into the reckoning for Euro 2024.

Elsewhere, Manchester City’s John Stones missed out because of injury while Chelsea’s Reece James was also not included despite recently returning from a lengthy injury lay-off.
